I recently had the pleasure to join BouwData as a circular building consultant. It is a unique company in Belgium that organises the finance of (big) building projects. To achieve this they streamline the communication between designers, contractors and client. A systematic method and a datapool for benchmarking makes for projects that are delivered within budget and within time.
Recently we started working together to create a financial groundwork for the substance cost of a building. The concrete first steps are explained in the following paper. - This is only available in dutch for now.
